DS4EU ("we", "us") processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as described below.

1. Controller

DS4EU (currently in incorporation). Please use the contact page to reach us. This section will be updated with the registered company details upon completion of incorporation.

2. Personal data processed, purposes and legal bases

• Contact form: name, company, email address and message. Purpose: responding to your inquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract).
• Newsletter: email address. Purpose: sending regulatory updates and announcements. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). You may withdraw your consent at any time.

3. Processors and third parties

• Hosting: Vercel Inc.
• Database: Supabase Inc.
• Email delivery & newsletter: Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France)
• Spam protection (bot verification): Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.)
• Image storage: Vercel Blob (Vercel Inc.)

Where transfers outside the EU occur, they are safeguarded by appropriate measures such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).

4. Retention

Inquiry data is retained for two years after the inquiry is resolved. Newsletter registration data is retained until you unsubscribe (withdraw consent).

5. Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To exercise them, please use the contact page. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (the Belgian Data Protection Authority, APD/GBA).

6. Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies. We use only the minimal technical cookies required for form submissions and spam protection (Turnstile).
